AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES, the flat provides a cosy atmosphere in a friendly authentic village of Savoy. With its spectacular view of the Roc d'Enfer mountain (2 244 m high) and its nearby lake, it offers a fantastic location for both winter and summer activities.

Conditions

Bookings are considered as firm when the agency dealing with all the practical details has received a deposit of 25% of the renting price.

An acknowledgment of reception of the advance payment is sent to you by traditional mail and will be returned signed by the tenant alongside with the deposit.

At your arrival on the premises, the balance is to be paid and you will be given the inventory . Any claim on the inventory must be presented within 48 hours afer handing over the keys.

Cleaning must be done before the end of each stay; External cleaners to be provided if requested in advance to the agency and will be charged to the customer.
